摘要 中小企业存在管理制度不完善、资本实力不足、抗风险能力较弱是东 莞中小企业普遍存在的问题。解决中小企业存在的财务风险问题、防范财 务风险再生，才能提高企业的竞争力。本文以东莞英宜制品有限公司为例 ，对公司存在的财务风险问题进行查找原因，发现该企业存在资产流动性 弱、债务比例较高、融资困难、对财务风险重视程度不高等问题。形成上 述问题的主要原因是该公司营运资金周转缓慢、资本结构不合理、企业信 用度低、专业人才缺乏。针对该公司存在的财务问题，提出企业通过扩宽 资金来源渠道、加强资产流动性；降低债务筹资、建立财务风险管理体系 ；提高企业自身的信用度；增强财务风险意识、注重人才培养等改进措施 。创造安全稳定的生产经营环境，全面、经济和有效地防范财务风险，实 现资金的安全性、完整性和盈利性。 关键词：中小企业 财务风险 融资 资本结构 财务预警 Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprise management system is not perfect, the lack of capital strength, weak anti risk ability is a common problem of SMEs in Dongguan. Solve the problems of the financial risk of small and medium enterprises, prevent the financial risk, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper takes Dongguan Ying products Co., Ltd as an example, to find the reasons for the financial risk of the company, and find that the company has a weak liquidity, high debt ratio, financing difficulties, and the degree of emphasis on financial risk is not high. The main reason for the formation of the above problems is that the working capital of the company is slow, the capital structure is irrational, the credit is low, the lack of professional talents. In view of the existence of the companys financial problems proposed enterprise by widening the sources of funding channels, enhance liquidity, reduce debt financing, the establishment of financial risk management system; to improve the enterprises own credit; enhance awareness of financial risks, pay attention to personnel training and improvement measures.
