She couldn’t see or hear. 本课通过创设真实情景,有利于进一步提高学生的语言交际能力。 二、教学目标: (一) 知识目标: 1.听、说、读、写四会单词:born ,became, spell ,herself, all over, role model 2.能听懂、会说功能句: As a baby, she became blind and deaf. She couldn’t see or hear. (二)能力目标: 1. 学生能够用could 和couldn’t来描述过去自己能做和不能做的事情。 2. 通过学习可以根据图片讲述海伦凯勒的事迹。 (三)情感目标: 通过学习可以激发学生学习英语的兴趣,同时通过海伦凯勒故事的学习,让学生学习她那种坚忍不拔的精神和勇于付出的高贵品质。 三、教学重点: 通过学习可以简单复述海伦凯勒的生平事迹。 四、教学难点: 能熟练掌握could 的用法。 五、教学过程 Step1 Warming up T: Hello, boys and girls. How are you today? Ss: I’m fine, thank you. T: Before our new class, let’s play a blind drawing game. OK? Ss: OK! T: Now, take out a piece of paper and a pen. Close your eyes. Are you ready? Ss: Yes!
