Kun Health Rehabilitation Internship Report Template Introduction The Kun Health Rehabilitation Center is a well-known medical institution that provides excellent support for patients with musculoskeletal injuries and other disabilities. I was privileged to be among the select group of interns who undertook a two-semester internship here. During my internship, I gained excellent practical experience in the field of rehabilitation, learned the basics of rehabilitation, and gained valuable insights into patient care and management. Objectives of the Internship The main objectives of the internship were: To gain practical experience in the field of rehabilitation To understand the principles of rehabilitation and patient care To observe and analyze practical approaches to patient management and treatment Description of the Internship Orientation At the beginning of my internship, I underwent two weeks of orientation. During this period, I received a detailed introduction to the rehabilitation center’s staff, facilities, and operations. I also underwent training on the center’s policies and procedures, communication, and documentation. Practical Experience As the internship progressed, I was assigned to work with experienced physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other medical staff who trained and mentored me. I was given exposure and practical experience in the following areas: Screening and evaluating patients’ physical abilities and limitations Developing patient-centered rehabilitation plans Delivering rehabilitation interventions Managing and recording patients’ documentation Monitoring patient progress and adjusting rehabilitation interventions as needed I also attended weekly seminars, workshops, and training sessions organized by the center to gain specialized knowledge, increase my skills, and expand my perspectives.
