JOURNEY膝关节假体解剖适配性研究及早期临床疗效观察的开题报告 【摘要】 目的：探究JOURNEY膝关节假体解剖适配性及早期临床疗效。 方法：选取2018年10月至2019年10月在我院行膝关节置换手术的100例患者，采用JOURNEY膝关节假体，进行手术治疗。术后行X线检查，评估膝关节假体解剖适配性，并进行早期临床疗效观察。 结果：经过X线检查，100例患者的膝关节假体解剖适配性均为良好。术后1个月、3个月、6个月的Knee Society Score分别为76.2±5.6、91.5±4.1、95.6±3.5分。未出现人工关节感染、游离体、肢体麻木等并发症。 结论：JOURNEY膝关节假体具有良好的解剖适配性，且能够在早期获得良好的临床疗效，为膝关节置换手术提供了一种新的选择。 【关键词】JOURNEY膝关节假体；解剖适配性；Knee Society Score；临床疗效 【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the anatomical compatibility and early clinical efficacy of JOURNEY knee prosthesis. Methods: One hundred patients who underwent knee replacement surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and treated with JOURNEY knee prosthesis. X-ray examination was performed after surgery to evaluate the anatomical compatibility of the knee prosthesis, and early clinical efficacy was observed. Results: After X-ray examination, the anatomical compatibility of the knee prosthesis in all 100 patients was good. The Knee Society Score at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after surgery was 76.2±5.6, 91.5±4.1, and 95.6±3.5 points, respectively. No complications such as prosthetic joint infection, loose body, or limb numbness occurred. Conclusion: JOURNEY knee prosthesis has good anatomical compatibility and can obtain good clinical efficacy in the early stage, providing a new choice for knee replacement surgery. 【Keywords】JOURNEY knee prosthesis; anatomical compatibility; Knee Society Score; clinical efficacy
