She isn’tmy sister. 3.They areteachers in a school.They aren’tteachers in a school. 二、当句中有情态动词时候，在情态动词（can, may, must）后加 not,通常缩写。（初一上册作为了解） Lg. 1.I can say myABCs.I can’t say myABCs. 2.She cansay her ABCsShe can’tsay her ABCs. 三、句中没有 Be 动词和情态动词的时候，在动词前面加 don’t 或 doesn’t， 动词用原形。当主语是第三人称单数(He,She,It,或单个的人或物)的时候用doesn’t，其它都用 don’t.
