Firstly, the basic principle and application of hydrogenation reaction were briefly introduced, and the advantages of RaneyNi catalyst were explained. Secondly, the influence of Fe and Mo modification on the catalytic activity and stability of RaneyNi catalyst was studied, and the difference in performance between Fe and Mo modified RaneyNi catalyst and traditional RaneyNi catalyst was compared. Finally, through laboratory synthesis of catalyst and catalytic reaction experiments, the superiority and broad application prospects of Fe and Mo modified RaneyNi catalyst in hydrogenation reaction were verified. This study is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the production of RaneyNi catalyst and the improvement of hydrogenation reaction performance.
