东北三省及广东省稻瘟病菌群体致病型结构及鉴别品种抗性的比较研究的开题报告 【摘要】本研究旨在比较分析东北三省及广东省稻瘟病菌群体致病型结构和不同抗病品种的抗性，为稻瘟病的防控提供科学依据。研究将采集不同地区的稻谷样品，从中分离出稻瘟病菌进行鉴定和分类，然后通过对其致病性、生长速度等特性的比较分析，确定其致病型结构。随后，将选取不同抗病品种的稻谷，分别接种上述分析得出的不同致病型的病菌，观察和记录其生长状态和损伤程度，以验证不同品种的抗病能力。最终，我们将综合所得数据，分析各地稻瘟病防控的现状和未来发展趋势。 【关键词】稻瘟病菌；群体致病型结构；抗病品种；防控 【Abstract】This study aims to compare and analyze the pathogenic type structure of rice blast fungus populations in the three northeastern provinces and Guangdong Province, as well as the resistance of different resistant varieties, in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of rice blast disease. The study will collect rice samples from different regions, isolate rice blast fungus for identification and classification, and then determine its pathogenic type structure by comparing and analyzing its pathogenicity, growth rate and other characteristics. The different resistant varieties of rice will be selected, and the above-mentioned different pathogenic types of fungi will be inoculated to observe and record their growth status and damage degree, in order to verify the resistance of different varieties against the fungus.
