单羧基双羟肟酸的设计合成及其对一水硬铝石和铝硅矿物的捕收性能的开题报告 摘要 本文介绍了单羧基双羟肟酸的设计合成及其对一水硬铝石和铝硅矿物的捕收性能的研究。首先通过对已有文献的调研，明确了单羧基双羟肟酸在矿物浮选中的应用及其对铝硅矿物的捕收性能的影响。然后根据文献中报道的合成方法，设计了一种简单、高效的单羧基双羟肟酸的合成方法，并对合成过程中重要的反应条件进行了优化与探讨。接着利用测定样品的化学结构、表面性质及捕收性能等方面的分析方法，对所合成的单羧基双羟肟酸进行了表征。最后，通过实验研究，探究了该单羧基双羟肟酸在一水硬铝石和铝硅矿物的捕收性能表现，并对其可能的捕收机理进行了初步探讨，并对未来的研究方向提出了一些建议。 关键词：单羧基双羟肟酸，合成，表征，一水硬铝石，铝硅矿物，浮选 Abstract This paper introduces the design and synthesis of single-carboxylate bishydroxamic acid and its research on the flotation performance of boehmite and aluminosilicate. Firstly, by investigating the existing literature, the application of single-carboxylate bishydroxamic acid in mineral flotation and its influence on the flotation performance of aluminosilicate were clarified. Then, according to the synthetic methods reported in the literature, a simple and efficient synthetic method of single-carboxylate bishydroxamic acid was designed, and the important reaction conditions in the synthesis process were optimized and discussed. Subsequently, the synthesized single-carboxylate bishydroxamic acid was characterized by analyzing the chemical structure, surface properties and flotation performance of the samples. Finally, through experimental research, the flotation performance of the single-carboxylate bishydroxamic acid in boehmite and aluminosilicate was studied, and the possible flotation mechanism was preliminarily explored.
