摘 要
《中小企业促进法》规定中小企业是指在中华人民共和国境内设立的有
利于满足社会需要增加就业符合国家产业政策生产经营规模属于中小型的
各种所有制和各种形式的企业?
招聘对于一个公司来讲至关重要它直接关系到企业的生存与发展对于实
力相对薄弱中小企业而言更是这样但是中小企业的招聘现状却不容乐观存
在着许多的问题如对人力部门及招聘工作投入低招聘前的准备工作不充分
对招聘工作不够重视中小企业缺乏对应聘者的吸引力中小企业留人才难中
小企业招聘也缺乏科学的方法与流程本文还引入人力资源规划的概念探讨人
力资源规划对招聘问题的作用人力资源规划存在着那些困惑
本文对以上问题一一进行了研究得出了相应的结论本文罗列了一些招聘
的对策写出了一些具体的切实可行的方法对于中小企业的招聘方法与流程
也给出了科学系统的建议然而仅此这样还不够本文还给出了治标也治本的
方法从深层次的方面解决中小企业招聘的问题就是如何做好中小企业人力资
源规划的问题

Abstract
