生物制药对生产厂房论文 　　海洋生物来源药物先导化合物的研究进展　　【摘要】 海洋生物中活性物质丰富，本篇文章对国内外近3年来从海洋生物中分离提取到的萜类化合物以及糖苷类化合物进行了归纳，并对其研究趋势进行了展望。这些新发现的萜类化合物广泛分布于海藻、珊瑚、海绵以及一些海洋真菌等海洋生物中，主要以单萜、倍半萜、二萜、三萜结构型式存在；而糖苷类化合物在海藻、海绵、海参、海星等海洋生物中发现大部分以糖苷脂、甾体糖苷、萜类糖苷型式存在。　　【关键词】 海洋生物 萜类化合物 糖苷类 生物活性　　【Abstract】 Marine organism show some important biological activities.
