企业股权激励方案的效用研究——上海家化案例分析的中期报告 摘要： 本文以上海家化股份有限公司为研究对象，采用实证分析法和文献研究法，对其股权激励方案进行效用研究。研究发现，上海家化股权激励方案的实施对于提升企业绩效、吸引和留住人才、增强员工的归属感和激励能力等方面均具有积极的影响效果。其中，股权激励在提升企业绩效方面的作用最为显著。但是，股权激励方案的实施也存在着一些问题，如对财务风险的控制不足、方案设计不合理、激励效果不明显等。因此，在股权激励方案的设计和实施过程中，需要充分考虑企业特点和目标，合理设定激励条件，加强风险管控和评价，并及时调整和优化方案。 关键词：股权激励；企业绩效；人才激励；风险控制；方案优化 Abstract: This paper takes Shanghai Jahwa United Co., Ltd. as the research object, and uses empirical analysis method and literature research method to study the efficiency of its equity incentive plan. The research found that the implementation of Shanghai Jahwa equity incentive plan has positive effects on improving corporate performance, attracting and retaining talents, enhancing employees sense of belonging and incentive ability. Among them, the role of equity incentives in improving corporate performance is the most significant. However, there are also some problems in the implementation of equity incentive plans, such as insufficient control of financial risks, unreasonable plan design, and unclear incentive effects. Therefore, in the process of designing and implementing equity incentive plans, it is necessary to fully consider the characteristics and objectives of the company, set reasonable incentive conditions, strengthen risk control and evaluation, and timely adjust and optimize the plan.
