华泰财险附加延期条款3 （CB 版） 兹经双方了解并同意，本保险合同在符合下述条件的前提下，保险人将按明细表约定的 期间予以延期： 1. 在保险期间结束之前： (1) 投保人给予保险人所有需要的资料，并同意支付保险人要求的附加保 险费及对本保险合同作出合理修改；及 2. 在保险期间结束之时： (1) 经调查了解后，投保人或被保险人不知悉有任何可以或应当在保险期 间内通知保险人的赔偿请求或可赔情形； (2) 本保险合同所承保的风险没有出现重大的变更； (3) 工程项目的工程造价或来自于与工程项目有关的专业费用增加不超 过10%； (4) 保险人的再保险安排不存在阻止保险人续转此保险合同的重大变更； 及 (5) 保险人继续在相关地域范围内承保职业责任保险。 本保险合同其他条款维持不变。 X14 BREAK REVIEW CLAUSE (CLAUSE C) It is understood and agreed this policy shall extend from [__________] to [__________] provided that: 1. prior to the end of the Period of Insurance: (1) the Policyholder gives the Insurer all necessary information it requires, and agrees to pay an additional premium required and agrees to any reasonable amendments to this policy required by the Insurer; and 2. at the end of the Period of Insurance: (1) having made enquiry, the Policyholder or the Insured are not aware of any Claim or Circumstance, which can be or should have been reported to the Insurer during the Period of Insurance; (2) there has been no material change to the risk being insured under this policy; (3) the contract value of the Project or professional fee income derived in relation to the Project has not increased by more than 10%; (4) there has been no material change to the reinsurance arrangements of the Insurer which prevents the Insurer from extending this policy; and (5) the Insurer continues to underwrite Professional Indemnity Insurance for this class of business in its respective territories. In all other respects this policy remains unaltered.
