This study uses literature research, questionnaire survey, and case analysis methods to conduct in-depth research on customer satisfaction issues in medical service management. The study found that the main customer dissatisfaction issues in medical services are concentrated in the service attitude of doctors, updates and maintenance of medical equipment, and the operation process of medical services. In response to these issues, this study proposes the following solutions: 1. Establish service standards and standardize service processes.
