在华跨国公司伦理问题剖析——以劳工标准为研究中心的中期报告 摘要: 随着中国经济的快速发展,越来越多的跨国公司涌入中国市场。这些跨国公司业务的拓展对中国的经济和就业产生了巨大影响。但随之而来的问题是,这些公司在中国是否遵守了与其在本土相同的伦理和劳工标准。本文以劳工标准为研究中心,探讨了在华跨国公司伦理道德问题,分析了这些企业在劳工福利、薪资、工时和环境方面的表现。 研究发现,在华跨国公司的劳工标准方面存在一定的问题。原因主要在于缺乏制度约束和监管力量。另一方面,一些公司存在短期利益至上的心态,忽视了对员工的关怀和尊重,忽略了员工权益的保护。尽管在过去几年中已经有了一些进步,但仍然有很多工作需要做。 关键词:跨国公司、伦理、劳工标准、制度约束、监管力量 Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinas economy, more and more multinational companies are pouring into the Chinese market. The expansion of these multinational companies has had a huge impact on Chinas economy and employment. However, the problem that arises is whether these companies comply with the same ethical and labor standards as in their home countries. This paper takes labor standards as the research center to explore the ethical and moral issues of multinational companies in China, and analyzes their performance in labor welfare, wages, working hours, and the environment. The study found that there are certain problems in the labor standards of multinational companies in China. The main reason is the lack of institutional constraints and regulatory force. On the other hand, some companies have a short-term profit-oriented mentality, neglecting the care and respect of employees, and ignoring the protection of employee rights. Although there have been some progress in recent years, there is still a lot of work to be done.
