华泰财险附加破产聆讯保障扩展条款 （CB 版） 本保险合同扩展承保破产聆讯费用。 本扩展条款项下承保的被保险人的破产聆讯费用的赔偿限额以明细表为准，该限额为属于明细 表第3 项所列明的赔偿限额的一部分，并非额外设置；明细表第4 项中的免赔额对本扩展条 款不适用。 就本扩展条款而言： 破产聆讯费用指经保险人事先书面同意，为应对破产管理人、接管人、托管人、清算人或其他 司法管辖项下的类似主体在保险期间内首次对被保险人在提起的下述正式或官方聆讯而发生的 合理法律及其他专业费用、成本和支出。该等聆讯、调查或问询是指（1 ）与被保险机构破产 有关调查或质询，或（2）针对被保险人履行其董事或高级管理人员职责时的事项的调查或质 询，且合理预期将引发针对被保险人的赔偿请求。破产聆讯费用不包括任何被保险人的报酬， 其时间成本或任何被保险机构的任何其他费用或管理费用。 若本附加条款与主险条款有任何不一致，以本附加条款为准。主险条款其他条款维持不变。 Insolvency Hearing Cover Extension The following Insolvency Hearing Cover Extension is added to the Policy: This Policy covers the Insolvency Hearing Costs of an Insured, up to a sub-limit of liability of [ ] under this Extension. Such sub-limit shall be part of and not in addition to the Limit of Liability shown in Item 4 of the Schedule. The retention shown in Item 5 of the Schedule shall not apply to this Extension. For the purpose of this Extension, the following definitions are added: Insolvency Hearing Costs means the reasonable legal and other professional fees, costs and expenses incurred by an Insured, with the Insurer’s prior written consent in preparation for and attendance at any formal or official hearing in connection with the investigation or inquiry into the affairs of an insolvent Company, or an Insured in his capacity as a Director, Supervisory Director or Officer, by any insolvency administrator or receiver, bankruptcy trustee or liquidator or the equivalent under the laws of any jurisdiction first requested during the Policy Period, where the circumstances of such insolvency may reasonably be expected to give rise to a Claim against such Insured Person. Insolvency Hearing Costs shall not include the remuneration of any Insured Person, costs of their time or any other costs or overheads of any Company.
