宏观层面因素对债务期限结构的影响研究——基于我国A股上市公司的经验数据的中期报告 摘要： 本文利用我国A股上市公司的经验数据，运用多元回归模型研究了宏观层面因素对债务期限结构的影响。研究发现，经济增长、通货膨胀率、利率水平、金融市场发展程度等宏观层面因素都会对债务期限结构产生显著影响，其中，经济增长对短期债务比例有正向影响，通货膨胀率、利率水平和金融市场发展程度对长期债务比例有正向影响。 关键词：宏观因素、债务期限结构、经济增长、通货膨胀率、利率水平、金融市场发展程度 Abstract: This paper uses empirical data of A-share listed companies in China to study the impact of macroeconomic factors on debt maturity structure using multiple regression model. The study found that macroeconomic factors such as economic growth, inflation rate, interest rate level, and degree of financial market development have a significant impact on debt maturity structure. Among them, economic growth has a positive impact on the proportion of short-term debt, while inflation rate, interest rate level, and degree of financial market development have a positive impact on the proportion of long-term debt.
