低游离酚的妥尔油改性酚醛树脂合成及性能研究的中期报告 摘要：本研究旨在利用低游离酚的妥尔油改性酚醛树脂进行合成，并研究其性能。 中期报告主要对前期实验的结果进行了总结和分析。首先，通过对低游离酚妥尔油改性的实验确定了优化改性条件。其次，在改性后的妥尔油中加入适量的酚醛树脂，并经过加热反应合成出了妥尔油改性酚醛树脂。最后，对合成的酚醛树脂进行了性能测试。结果表明，该酚醛树脂具有良好的热稳定性和物理力学性能，并且可以用于涂料、胶粘剂等领域。本研究为开发利用低游离酚的新型酚醛树脂提供了新思路。 关键词：低游离酚；妥尔油；酚醛树脂；性能研究 Abstract: The aim of this study was to synthesize a nov-el type of phenol-formaldehyde resin using low free phenol turpentine oil modification and investigate its properties. This midterm report summarizes and analyzes the results of the previous experiments. Firstly, an optimal modification condition was determined for the low free phenol turpentine oil modification. Secondly, a phenol-formaldehyde resin was synthesized by adding an appropriate amount of resin to the modified turpentine oil and then heating it. Finally, the properties of the synthesized resin were tested. The results showed that the resin had good thermal stability and physical and mechanical properties, and it could be used in coatings, adhesives and other fields. This study provides new ideas for the development of new phenol-formaldehyde resin using low free phenol.
