初探磷石膏的改性技术 摘 要：磷石膏是工业生产磷酸中所产生的 固体废弃物，一般生产一吨磷酸就会排 出五吨左右 的磷 石膏 。根据相关数据统计显示 ，2011 年至 2014 年全国大约产生了 3 亿 吨磷石膏 ，带来很大的环境压力 。 磷石膏堆积如山，环境问题会变得愈发严重 。介绍了磷石膏及其综合利用现状 ，综述了磷石膏 的改性技 术及存在的问题，在此基础上提出了 自己的改性设想 。 关键词：磷石膏 ；生产现状 ；利用分析 ；改性技术 ；前景分析 中图分类号：TQ177.3 文献标志码：A 文章编号： 1004-275X （2020）005-090-04 A Preliminary Study on the Modification Technology of Phosphogy psum %Sheng Yue, Gong Ying, Chen Jiping* （ChemistryChemical Engineering College, Yunnan Normal University,Yunnan Kunming 650500） Abstract: Phosphogypsum is a solid waste produced in industrial production of phosphoric acid. In general, about five tons of phosphogypsum will be discharged when one ton of phosphoric acid is pro－ duced. According to relevant statistics, from 2011 to 2014, about 300 million tons of phosphogypsum were produced in China, which brought about great environmental pressure. With the accumulation of phospho－ gypsum, environmental problems will become more and more serious. In this paper, the current situation of phosphogypsum and its comprehensive utilization are briefly introduced. The modification technology and existing problems of phosphogypsum are summarized. On this basis, the modification idea of phosphogyp－ sum is put forward.
