基于知识管理的公务员培训体系研究的中期报告 摘要： 本文旨在对基于知识管理的公务员培训体系研究的中期成果进行总结和分析。通过对相关文献资料的收集和整理，本文确定了基于知识管理的公务员培训体系应包括课程设计、师资培训、培训评估等方面，并分别对其进行详细阐述。同时，针对当前公务员培训存在的问题，本文提出了以知识管理为导向的培训模式应该注重学员的主动学习和培训效果的评估。最后，本文对后续研究方向进行了展望，提出了深入研究基于知识管理的公务员培训体系实施效果的建议。 关键词：知识管理；公务员培训；课程设计；师资培训；培训评估 Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the midterm achievements of research on the training system of civil servants based on knowledge management. Through the collection and collation of relevant literature, this paper determines that the training system of civil servants based on knowledge management should include course design, teacher training, training evaluation, etc., and expounds each aspect in detail. At the same time, in view of the existing problems in current civil servant training, this paper proposes that the training model guided by knowledge management should focus on students active learning and training effect evaluation. Finally, this paper prospectively explores the direction of subsequent research and puts forward suggestions for in-depth research on the implementation effect of the training system of civil servants based on knowledge management.
