茶多酚片辅助化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察的中期报告 摘要： 目的：观察茶多酚片辅助化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的中期疗效和不良反应。 方法：选取2017年1月至2018年12月在本院入院的48例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，比较治疗组（25例）和对照组（23例）的治疗效果。治疗组在常规化疗基础上，口服茶多酚片，每次2片，每日3次。对照组仅进行常规化疗。统计两组患者治疗前后的疗效、不良反应等指标。 结果：治疗组总有效率为84%，对照组为70%，治疗组的中位生存期显著高于对照组（8个月与6个月，P0.05）。两组患者均出现不良反应，治疗组不良反应程度轻于对照组。 结论：茶多酚片对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗有辅助作用，可以提高治疗有效率，延长中位生存期，并且不良反应发生率较低。需要进一步研究其对肺癌的预防和治疗作用。 关键词：茶多酚片；非小细胞肺癌；化疗；疗效。 Abstract: Objective: To observe the mid-term efficacy and adverse reactions of tea polyphenol tablets combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: 48 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected. The treatment group (25 cases) and the control group (23 cases) were compared for treatment efficacy. The treatment group received tea polyphenol tablets, 2 tablets each time, 3 times a day, based on routine chemotherapy. The control group only received routine chemotherapy. The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84%, and that of the control group was 70%. The median survival time in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (8 months vs. 6 months, P0.05). Both groups of patients experienced adverse reactions, and the degree of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: Tea polyphenol tablets have an adjuvant effect on chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer, can improve the efficacy of treatment, prolong the median survival time, and have a lower incidence of adverse reactions.
