Firstly, the application of the Faraday rotation mechanism in quantum computing is introduced, and then the theoretical basis and experimental implementation of the cavity QED system are discussed in detail, including the interaction between the cavity mode and atoms, single photon sources, and microwave control. Then, for the preparation and measurement of entangled states in the cavity QED system, the preparation methods of Bell states and GHZ states are introduced, and the error sources and suppression methods are discussed. Finally, the principles and experimental situations of implementing phase gates in the cavity QED system are expounded, including single qubit operation and two-qubit operation under microwave control, and phase gates for realizing quantum entangled states.
