苏州观前地区商业空间与游憩空间整合研究的中期报告 摘要： 本文旨在研究苏州观前地区商业空间与游憩空间整合的可行性，并探讨其实现的路径和方式。本文运用文献研究法和实地调研法，综合分析了苏州观前地区的发展现状、人口和经济数据、旅游资源和文化遗产等方面的资料，分析了目前存在的商业空间和游憩空间的利弊和问题。通过对国内外成功案例的研究和分析，提出了在苏州观前地区实现商业空间与游憩空间整合的路径和方式：建立专业团队、建设文化品牌、挖掘历史文化，打造特色活动，优化空间布局等。本文认为，苏州观前地区商业空间与游憩空间的整合具有可行性，并将对苏州旅游和文化发展起到积极的促进作用。 关键词：苏州观前地区，商业空间，游憩空间，整合，文化遗产 Abstract: The purpose of this article is to study the feasibility of integrating commercial space and recreational space in the Guanqian area of Suzhou, and explore the path and method to achieve it. This article uses literature research and field research methods to comprehensively analyze the development status, population and economic data, tourism resources and cultural heritage of Guanqian area in Suzhou, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages and problems of existing commercial space and recreational space. Through the study and analysis of successful cases at home and abroad, this article proposes the path and method to achieve the integration of commercial space and recreational space in Guanqian area of Suzhou: establishing a professional team, building a cultural brand, excavating historical culture, creating characteristic activities, optimizing spatial layout, etc. This article believes that the integration of commercial space and recreational space in Guanqian area of Suzhou is feasible and will have a positive promoting effect on Suzhous tourism and cultural development.
