Taking the Hakka intangible cultural heritage in Fenger Village, Conghua District, Guangzhou City as an example, this paper, through the guidance of the Party building and intangible cultural heritage culture, and the industrial drive, gathers the strength of the government, universities, enterprises, local villagers, media, inheritors of intangible cultural heritage and other forces and, through the creation of media convergence communication matrix, converts intangible cultural heritage resources into cultural assets and economic capital, supports the development of local characteristic industries, promotes the output of new cultural and creative industries, stimulates the endogenous power of the countryside, and innovates ways to help the poor. It is hoped that this study can provide strategic reference for promoting rural intangible cultural heritage inheritance, cultural remodeling and industrial upgrading, and promoting rural revitalization.
