Location The project is located at 402 W 126th St, New York, NY 10027. It’s in the area of Morningside Heights, which is bounded by Morningside Park to the east, Manhattanville to the north, Riverside Park at Hudson River to the west. The main thoroughfare is Broadway. Aerial View Public Transportation The project is located between 125th 126th Streets, east of Amsterdam Ave. Public transportation to the project i tremely convenient. To the east is the “125th St” A, B, C and D subway lines. Our project is just one stop on the A and D express trains to Midtown. To the west is Broadway #1 subway line which serves the entire west side of Manhattan. Many major bus routes converge at 125th St and Amsterdam Ave. Manhattanville Factory District This project is close to Manhattanville Factory District which ludes 3-acre former th th industrial buildings and the vacant land between 125 St and 128 St in West Harlem. Largely abandoned for a century, this neighborhood will be transformed into a world- class 1 million square foot, 24-hour mixed use upscale community. Phases I and II – the 150,000 square foot Mink Building and 50,000 square foot Sweets Building – are complete and fully leased.
