He said that the Goethe Institute intends to open German classes as the second foreign language in Wuhan high schools. 【画外音】 德国歌德学院成立于1951 年，总部设在慕尼黑，是德国在世界范围内从事文 化交流的独立的机构。歌德学院北京分院是中国境内唯一一个获中国政府认可的 外国文化机构。在中国的活动主要包括德语教学、文化交流活动及图书馆信息服 务等方面。 武汉市教育局国际合作与交流处副处长董亦频介绍，2009 作为年德中同行 主要交流项目，歌德学院在武汉华师一附中、常青实验小学和常青一中，三所中 小学开设了德语二外，目前武汉已有700 余名中小学生在校学习德语二外，人数 居全国之首。高中将以选修课方式开设德语二外，二外不会列入高考科目。 【受访者身份字幕】 董亦频 武汉市教育局国际合作与交流处副处长 【画外音】 展示课上教师和学生精彩互动，让北京歌德学院课程专家杨沛德先生赞不绝 口。他说，在高中开设德语二外，首先要考察学生的英语学习能力和学校的外语 师资配备。在德国高等学府深造的国际留学生会有一到两年基础课程学习，这些 课程全部用英语完成。而具有国际视野的开放型人才，是德国非常欢迎的学生。 【受访者身份字幕】 杨沛德 北京歌德学院课程专家 武汉快讯报道 【Gist 】 This morning, Mr. Peter Jandok, the curriculum expert of the Peking Goethe Institute, visited the English Classroom of the Wuhan No. 1 High School. He said that the Goethe Institute intends to open German classes as the second foreign language in Wuhan high schools. In 2009, the Goethe Institute helped three schools in Wuhan to open German classes. It is estimated that over 700 primary and middle school students now learn German as their second foreign language at school, ranking Wuhan as the first in China. Mr. Jandok said that the good English ability of students as well as the excellent English teacher recourses are the primary requirements of cooperation, as all international students to Germany have to complete their basic study in English. Mrs. Dong Yipin, the vice director of the International Cooperation and Communication Department of the Wuhan Educational Bureau said that German will be provided as an optional course in high schools, but will not be added to the Chines
