沧州市幼儿园大班幼儿“流失”现象及对策研究.docxVIP

摘 要 当前，大部分幼儿园大班“流失”现象较为严重，部分幼儿结束中班学习后“辍学”，导致“辍学”现象严重。大班幼儿流失现象得到了社会的关注，当前我国幼儿流失的研究匮乏。所以，在阅读国内外入学准备、幼小衔接的文选基础上，选择沧州市幼儿流失家长进行访谈，分析流失的原因，探究幼儿入学准备的需要，在此基础上形成相应的策略。为沧州幼儿园的发展垫定基础。 研究结论如下： 1.沧州市公办幼儿园大班幼儿的流失率较高。 2.沧州市大班幼儿流失主要是在下学期，流失到学前班。 3.沧州市形成幼儿流失的主要原因是家庭主观原因、客观原因、幼儿园原因、小学原因。家长的需求主要是幼儿流失的原因。 4.沧州市大班幼儿的准备中，家长重视幼儿学习方式和知识准备。 5.沧州市父母的职业等家庭客观原因在一定程度上和流失原因有关。 关键词：沧州市；幼儿园；流失现象；对策研究 ABSTRACT At present, the phenomenon of loss of large classes in most kindergartens is more serious, and some children drop out after finishing middle classes, which leads to the serious phenomenon of dropping out. The phenomenon of the loss of children in large classes has attracted the attention of the society, but the research on the loss of children in our country is lacking. Therefore, on the basis of reading domestic and foreign anthologies of school preparation and the connection between early and early age, this paper interviews the parents of children who have lost their children in Cangzhou, analyzes the causes of the loss, explores the needs of childrens school preparation, and forms corresponding strategies on this basis. It lays a foundation for the development of Cangzhou Kindergarten. The research conclusions are as follows: 1. The churn rate of large class children in Cangzhou public kindergartens is high. 2. Cangzhou City, the loss of large class children is mainly in the next semester, the loss of preschool classes. 3. The main reasons for the loss of children in Cangzhou are family subjective reasons, objective reasons, kindergarten reasons and primary school reasons. Parents demand is the main reason for the loss of young children. 4. In the preparation of children in large classes in Cangzhou, parents attach importance to childrens learning style and knowledge preparation. 5. The family objective reasons, such as the occupation of parents in Cangzhou, are related to the reason of outflow to some extent.
