8 | 全龄友好的健康社区 基于儿童友好的健康社区营造策略研究* Research on Strategies for Building Healthy Communities Based on Child- friendly Perspectives 何灏宇 谭俊杰 廖绮晶 袁 媛 HE Haoyu, TAN Junjie, LIAO Qijing, YUAN Yuan 摘 要 儿童是社区活动的主体人群之一，在社区中实现儿童友好是推进健康社区的重要环节。不同年龄段的儿童有着不同的 身体健康、心理健康和社会适应需求，儿童友好型健康社区需通过建成环境和社会环境的建设，满足全龄段儿童的身心 需求。分析荷兰代尔夫特、奥地利、日本新雪谷町，以及国内的深圳、南京等地从政策先导、机制构建、文化塑造、空间营 造4方面探索基于儿童友好的健康社区建设的实践经验。基于后疫情时代的背景及当代健康理念，从政策、文化、空间、 机制4个维度总结儿童友好型健康社区的营造策略。其中，政策是保障，文化是基础，机制是推动力，空间是载体。以期为 我国儿童友好型健康社区的建设提供一定的理论参考。 Abstract Children are one of the main groups of community activities. Therefore, the realization of child-friendly communities is an important part of promoting healthy communities. Children of different ages have different needs of physical health, mental health and social adaptation. A child-friendly healthy community needs to meet the physical and mental needs of all- age children through the construction of built environment and social environment. Delft, Austria, Niseko Town, Shenzhen, Nanjing and other places tried to explore the child-friendly healthy community construction from policymaking, mechanism building, culture building and space building. In the post epidemic era, based on the principle of integrating normal and epidemic situations and the experience of child-friendly healthy communities, this paper summarizes the construction strategies of a child-friendly healthy community from four dimensions of policy, culture, space and mechanism. Policy is the guarantee, culture is the foundation, mechanism is the driving force, and space is the carrier.
