基于CT图像修正的人体呼吸过程中肺部电阻抗成像的研究的中期报告 Abstract This is a midterm report on the research of lung impedance imaging during human respiration based on CT image correction. The purpose of this study is to develop a method to improve the accuracy of lung impedance imaging by utilizing CT images to correct for the heterogeneous distribution of lung tissue and air during respiration. The proposed method involves preprocessing of the CT images, segmentation of lung regions, and conversion of the CT images into the electrical conductance distribution. Then, a finite element method is used to solve the inverse problem of electrical impedance tomography (EIT) with the corrected conductance distribution. Preliminary results showed that the proposed method can effectively correct for the non-uniform distribution of lung tissue and air, and improve the accuracy of lung impedance imaging during respiratory motion. Further work will focus on the optimization of the image processing and EIT algorithms, as well as the validation of the proposed method through in vivo experiments. Introduction Lung impedance imaging has emerged as a promising non-invasive method for monitoring lung function and detecting lung diseases. Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) is the most commonly used modality for lung impedance imaging, which measures the electrical properties of the lung tissue. However, during respiration, the distribution of lung tissue and air changes, leading to significant variation in the measured impedance signals. This non-uniform distribution makes it difficult to accurately interpret the EIT images and limits its clinical applications, especially for patients with abnormal lung ventilation. To address this issue, we proposed a method to improve the accuracy of lung impedance imaging by utilizing CT images to correct for the heterogeneous distribution of lung tissue and air during respiration. CT is a widely used imaging modality for lung diseases and can provide high-resolution ima
