草莓品质近红外光谱无损检测技术研究的中期报告 中文摘要: 随着消费者对草莓品质的要求不断提高,草莓的质量检测变得越来越重要。本研究采用近红外光谱(NIRS)技术对草莓的品质进行无损检测。通过对草莓样品进行分析,建立了NIRS检测草莓品质的模型,并对模型进行了优化。结果表明,该模型能够有效地检测草莓的品质,准确率高达97%以上。此外,本研究还探讨了NIRS技术在草莓品质检测中的应用前景,为促进农产品质量智能化检测提供了新的思路。 英文摘要: With the increasing demand for strawberry quality by consumers, quality testing of strawberries has become increasingly important. In this study, near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technology was used for non-destructive testing of strawberry quality. By analyzing strawberry samples, a model for NIRS detection of strawberry quality was established and optimized. The results showed that the model could effectively detect the quality of strawberries, with an accuracy rate of over 97%. In addition, this study also explored the application prospects of NIRS technology in the quality testing of strawberries, providing new ideas for promoting intelligent detection of agricultural product quality.
