PAGE 8 PAGE 8 轨道交通在营设施设备状态评估 　　摘要：轨道交通这一便利的交通工具在我国各个城市都在不停地进步，设备状态如何这一点是运营城市轨道交通的过程中的重点。轨道交通设施设备的数量以及种类都非常众多，它非常巨大，复杂而且很难管理，各种微小的细节都有可能造成很大的悲剧，造成事故的原因甚至可能只是因为一个齿轮的老化。对过去国内外城市轨道交通运营事故的分析可以得知，大多数事故原因是设备出了问题，设备的正常与否是影响轨道交通运营的主要因素。由此可以得知：是否能利用有效的方式对轨道交通设备设施的评估这一因素已经成为制约轨道交通运营发展水平提高的瓶颈。所以现在需要发现合理、科学的评估方法，对城市轨道交通运营设施设备进行有效的评估，提高城市轨道交通服务质量，提高乘客的乘车体验。　　本文从通号设备对轨道交通在营设施设备展开分析，轨道交通通号设备的主要分类为：光纤数字传输系统；调度指挥通信系统；ATP（列车自动保护子系统）；ATO（列车自动运行子系统）；ATS（列车自动监控子系统）。从这些系统所产生的问题这一角度进行研究。在分析上述一些通信信号设备影响因素的基础上，运用phm技术综合分析评估城市轨道交通运营设施设备的因素集，用层次分析法确定权重，模糊加权综合评价得出结论。并以此最终建立城市轨道交通在营设施设备评估体系。关键字：轨道交通；设施；通号设备；建模评估 　　Condition assessment of rail transit facilities in operation 　　Abstract: rail transit, a convenient means of transportation, is constantly improving in every city of our country. How about the equipment status is the key point in the process of operating urban rail transit. The number and types of rail transit facilities and equipment are very large, it is very huge, complex and difficult to manage, all kinds of small details may cause great tragedy, the cause of the accident may even be just because of the aging of a gear. Through the analysis of the past urban rail transit operation accidents at home and abroad, we can know that most of the accidents are caused by equipment problems, and the normal or not of the equipment is the main factor affecting the operation of rail transit. From this we can know: whether we can use an effective way to evaluate rail transit equipment and facilities has become a bottleneck restricting the improvement of rail transit operation and development level. Therefore, it is necessary to use systematic and effective evaluation methods to successfully find the factors that can threaten the operation of rail transit equipment and facilities in Yicheng city. The effective evaluation of urban rail transit operation facilities and equipment is of great practical significance to improve the operation level of urban rail transit. 　　This paper starts fro
