我国农村公共产品供给问题的研究的中期报告 摘要： 本文是一份关于我国农村公共产品供给问题的中期报告。通过对相关文献的综述和实地调查数据的分析，本报告得出了以下结论： 首先，我国农村公共产品供给总体不足。尤其是基础设施领域，相对落后。 其次，农村公共产品供给存在着地区发展差异。东部地区的供给相对充足，而西部地区的供给则相对不足。 再次，农村公共产品供给存在着收入差距。贫困地区和低收入人群的供给相对较少。 最后，农村公共产品供给的质量也存在问题。一些公共产品的质量不高，有的甚至没有达到国家规定的标准。 针对上述问题，本报告提出了一些对策和建议。其中包括：加强政府对农村公共产品供给的投入；改善财政财务管理；探索多元化农村公共产品供给方式等。 关键词：农村公共产品；供给；地区差异；收入差距；质量问题；解决方案 Abstract: This report is a mid-term report on the supply of rural public goods in China. Through a review of relevant literature and analysis of field survey data, this report concludes that: Firstly, the overall supply of rural public goods in China is insufficient. In particular, infrastructure is relatively backward. Secondly, there are regional disparities in the supply of rural public goods. The supply in eastern China is relatively sufficient, while the supply in western China is relatively insufficient. Thirdly, there is an income gap in the supply of rural public goods. The supply in poverty-stricken areas and low-income groups is relatively limited. Finally, the quality of rural public goods supply is also problematic. Some public goods are of poor quality and some do not even meet national standards. This report proposes some measures and suggestions to address the above-mentioned problems.
