我国物流业区域合作中地方政府作用研究——以广西北部湾经济区为例的中期报告 摘要： 本文旨在探讨我国物流业区域合作中地方政府的作用，并以广西北部湾经济区为例进行研究。在全球化背景下，区域合作已成为区域发展的一种重要途径，物流业是区域合作的重要组成部分。本文分析了广西北部湾经济区的物流发展现状、主要物流节点及其功能特点，并深入剖析了地方政府在物流业区域合作中的作用及其影响因素。研究发现，广西北部湾经济区地方政府在推动物流业发展中具有重要作用，包括提供政策支持、建设基础设施、引导产业转移和吸引外资等。同时，地方政府的作用受到多种因素的影响，如政府层级、政府间协调机制、外部环境等。为了更好地发挥地方政府的作用，需要进一步完善政策体系，加强跨区域合作，提高政府服务水平，并针对各地实际情况制定可行的地方政策。 关键词：物流业；区域合作；地方政府；广西北部湾经济区 Abstract: This paper aims to explore the role of local governments in regional cooperation of logistics industry in China, and takes the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi as an example for research. Under the background of globalization, regional cooperation has become an important way for regional development, and logistics industry is an important component of regional cooperation. This paper analyzes the current situation of logistics development in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the main logistics nodes and their functional characteristics, and deeply analyzes the role of local governments in regional cooperation of logistics industry and its influencing factors. The research finds that the local governments in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone play an important role in promoting the development of logistics industry, including providing policy support, building infrastructure, guiding industrial transfer and attracting foreign investment. At the same time, the role of local governments is affected by a variety of factors, such as government level, inter-governmental coordination mechanism, external environment, etc. In order to better play the role of local governments, it is necessary to further improve the policy system, strengthen cross-regional cooperation, improve the level of government services, and formulate feasible local policies according to the actual situation of each region.
