WICKED – Basic Terms (Subject to change) as of Sep 14, 2015 1) Cities, Venues and Schedule a) Cities We think that the following cities would be the only cities that could be able to present a show of this scale, but we are open for suggestions. • Shanghai • Beijing • Guangzhou b) Venues • Shanghai - Venue: Shanghai Culture Square • Beijing: - Suggested venue: Tianqiao Performing Arts Center • Guangzhou - Suggested venue: Guangzhou Opera House c) Schedule The show is available hina for 25 weeks (minimum). The first load-in should be scheduled from April 3, 2017. • Shanghai – min. 10 weeks • Beijing – min. 10 weeks • Guangzhou – min. 5 weeks 2) Economic Terms  The weekly fees ((i), (ii), and (iii)) below are required per week (as per the agreed schedule) and cannot be calculated on a pro-rata basis on number of performance per week.  All payments ar of any and all taxes that may be imposed by the ernment as well as any wire transfer fee  Payment schedule to be mutually agreed.
