Bi2O3-B2O3-BaO系无铅玻璃粉在电子浆料中的应用的中期报告 摘要： 本文介绍了一种新型的Bi2O3-B2O3-BaO系无铅玻璃粉，并研究了该玻璃粉在电子浆料中的应用。通过XRD和SEM等分析手段，对样品的物相组成和微观结构进行了表征。结果表明，所制备的玻璃粉为无定形结构，含有Bi2O3、B2O3和BaO等组分。将该玻璃粉与Ag粉末混合并制备成电子浆料，用于印刷电路板的制备。测试发现，制备的电子浆料性能良好，可以较好地将电路图案印刷到基板上，并且在焊接及老化时的表现也符合要求。 关键词：无铅玻璃粉；电子浆料；电路板；印刷 Abstract: This paper introduces a new type of Bi2O3-B2O3-BaO lead-free glass powder, and studies its application in electronic paste.
