I) Scope This section sets forth the OWNER‟s minimum requirements for the nning, scheduling and scheduling control of engineering, procurement, and construction activities luded in the Works. The methodology to be utilized in all nning and scheduling efforts shall be based on a critical path method (CPM work approach. However, based on these minimum requirements, the CONTRACTOR to submit the Schedule Control and Reporting Procedure within one (1) month of Effective Date of the Contract for OWNER to Approve. II) Responsibilities a. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for all scheduling and schedule control activities required for control of the Works and for performance of the Works luding, but not limited to: overall coordination, reporting formalities and format, definition of schedule content and format, and updating and frequency of updating. b. CONTRACTOR shall manage the Detailed Project Master Schedule to ensure system and Project completion on or before the scheduled construction completion of system and Facility, respectively. CONTRACTOR shall manage the engineering effort to the established 95% engineering tone in order to facilitate the completion of the Project. c. The Detailed Project Master Schedule shall be reviewed and approved by OWNER per the CONTRACT and remain as the nning baseline for comparison to schedule updates.
