You only get to spend each capital dollar once. Get it right, and the institution will prosper. Get it wrong, and the legacy can be like a sea anchor to an institution over the life of the asset. • Of course, for any activity, the physical environment resource needs to be balanced and integrated with all other resource areas such as people, IT, major equipment and operational budgets. How well an institution integrates its strategic and resource nning will impact on its competiveness and prosperity. • This presentation will outline how UNSW Australia goes about this challenge with a particular focus on campus and capital nning and delivery.
