By means of literature research, field research and other methods, the existing problems of Gaoyi Village, such as serious resource dependence, slow infrastructure construction, fuzzy self positioning, lack of digital construction, and weak competitiveness of intangible cultural heritage market, are sorted out. It clarifies the development strategies of Gaoyi Village, which include strengthening infrastructure construction, making clear positioning, integrating rural tourism resources, accelerating digital construction and digging intangible cultural heritage. The article proposes to integrate the cultural and tourism resources in Gaoyi Village with a systematic view, radiate and connect surrounding scenic spots, strengthen the construction of high- quality products, create a high-end research and ancient village smart tourism system, use technology to help the living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, accelerate the integration of culture and tourism in Gaoyi Village, thus contributing to rural revitalization.
