拟南芥AtLrgB基因的进化分析与功能研究的中期报告 Abstract In this mid-term report, we summarize the progress made in the evolution analysis and functional investigation of the Arabidopsis thaliana AtLrgB gene. The AtLrgB gene has been shown to be involved in root growth and development, as well as in response to abiotic stress factors. Introduction The Arabidopsis thaliana AtLrgB gene is a member of the LrgB family of proteins, which are highly conserved across various species and are known to play important roles in plant growth and development, as well as in stress tolerance. AtLrgB was first identified as a gene
