模糊环境下实物期权在风险投资项目评价中的应用研究的中期报告 摘要： 本文旨在探讨模糊环境下实物期权在风险投资项目评价中的应用。当前，传统的风险投资项目评价方法在面对模糊不确定性因素时存在着各种限制。而实物期权则可以对这些不确定性因素进行有效的处理，为风险投资项目的决策提供更加科学、全面和准确的依据。 本文首先介绍了实物期权的概念、特点和运用方法，然后探讨了实物期权在解决模糊环境下面临的风险投资问题时所具有的显著优势。接着，我们以一家初创企业作为研究对象，应用实物期权模型对其进行了风险评价，并比较了实物期权模型和传统的风险评价方法的差异。研究结果表明，实物期权模型能够更加全面和准确地评价风险投资项目中的各种不确定性因素，从而提高了风险投资项目的决策质量和成功率。 关键词：实物期权；风险投资；模糊环境；风险评价；决策分析 Abstract： This paper aims to explore the application of real options in evaluating risk investment projects in a fuzzy environment. Currently, traditional methods of evaluating risk investment projects have various limitations when facing fuzzy uncertainty factors. Real options can effectively handle these uncertain factors and provide a more scientific, comprehensive, and accurate basis for decision-making in risk investment projects. This paper first introduces the concept, characteristics, and application methods of real options. Then, we discuss the significant advantages of real options in solving the risk investment problems faced in a fuzzy environment. Next, we take a start-up company as the research object and use the real options model to evaluate its risk, and compare the differences between the real options model and traditional risk evaluation methods. The research results show that the real options model can more comprehensively and accurately evaluate various uncertainty factors in risk investment projects, thereby improving the decision-making quality and success rate of risk investment projects.
