高中学优生群体的德育管理研究——以上海市X中学为例的中期报告 摘要： 本研究以上海市X中学的高中学优生群体为研究对象，旨在探讨如何通过德育管理提高学优生的思想道德素质和综合素养。本研究采用问卷调查和深度访谈的方法，对学校的德育管理体系进行了分析，并调查了学优生的思想道德素质和综合素养水平。研究结果显示，学校的德育管理体系取得了一定的成效，但还存在不足之处。学优生的思想道德素质较高，但存在一些突出问题，如个人主义意识和社会责任感不足；学优生的综合素养水平较高，但存在知识面过窄和缺乏实践经验等问题。基于研究结果，本研究提出了针对性强的德育管理策略，旨在进一步提升学校的德育管理水平和学优生的素质水平。 关键词： 高中学优生；德育管理；思想道德素质；综合素养；上海市X中学 Abstract： This study takes the high school excellent student group of Shanghai X School as the research object, aiming to explore how to improve the ideological and moral quality and comprehensive quality of excellent students through moral education management. This study adopts questionnaire survey and in-depth interview methods to analyze the schools moral education management system and investigate the level of excellent students ideological and moral quality and comprehensive quality. The results show that the schools moral education management system has achieved certain results but still has some shortcomings. The ideological and moral quality of excellent students is relatively high, but there are some outstanding problems, such as inadequate individualism and social responsibility; the comprehensive quality of excellent students is relatively high, but there are problems such as narrow knowledge and lack of practical experience. Based on the research results, this study proposes targeted moral education management strategies, aiming to further improve the schools moral education management level and the quality level of excellent students.
