河南省高等教育成本个人分担的现状及对策研究的中期报告 Abstract: This study aims to investigate the current situation of personal cost sharing in higher education in Henan Province and propose corresponding countermeasures. Through literature review, questionnaire survey and interview, the study found that the personal cost sharing rate in Henan Province is generally low, and the main reason is the insufficient financial support from the government. In order to solve this problem, the government should increase financial investment in higher education, establish a rational cost sharing mechanism, and strengthen financial
