The establishment of shareholders preemptive right to purchase has protected the rights and interests of shareholders of limited liability companies to a certain extent, enhanced the stability and operational efficiency of the company. This paper mainly analyzes the legal system, implementation conditions and implementation methods of the shareholders preemptive right of limited liability companies in China, and combines the existing problems of limited liability companies in practice to analyze the implementation and put forward solutions.
