印度尼西亚华文报业制度与变革——《印度尼西亚日报》与《印尼星洲日报》个案研究的中期报告 摘要： 随着全球化的深入发展，印度尼西亚华人的社会地位和文化认同逐渐得到提升。作为印度尼西亚华人重要的文化载体，华文报业在这一过程中扮演着重要的角色。本文以《印度尼西亚日报》和《印尼星洲日报》为例，研究了华文报业在印度尼西亚的制度和变革情况。通过文献调查和深入采访记者、编辑、读者等相关人士，发现华文报业在印度尼西亚尚存在一些制度和管理上的问题，如政治干预、行业垄断、读者退缩等。同时，随着时代的变迁，华文报业也在进行着自我调整和转型，运用新媒体技术、拓宽读者群体等方式来适应这一挑战。本文分析了华文报业的变革与调整，并提出了进一步改善华文报业管理和发展的建议，旨在为印度尼西亚华文报业的可持续发展提供参考。 关键词：印度尼西亚；华文报业；制度；变革；管理 Abstract: With the deepening of globalization, the social status and cultural identity of Indonesian Chinese have gradually been improved. As an important cultural carrier of Indonesian Chinese, the Chinese-language newspaper plays an important role in this process. Taking the Indonesian Daily and the Indonesian Sin Chew Daily as examples, this paper studies the system and reform of Chinese-language newspapers in Indonesia. Through literature investigation and in-depth interviews with journalists, editors and readers, it is found that there are still some institutional and management problems in the Chinese-language newspaper industry in Indonesia, such as political intervention, industry monopoly, and reader retreat. At the same time, with the change of times, the Chinese-language newspaper industry is also making self-adjustment and transformation, using new media technology, expanding the reader group, and other ways to adapt to this challenge. This paper analyzes the reform and adjustment of the Chinese-language newspaper industry, and puts forward suggestions for further improving the management and development of the Chinese-language newspaper industry, aiming to provide reference for the sustainable development of Chinese-language newspapers in Indonesia.
