Hotel complex is favored by the market for its various functions and has become a good place for peoples leisure and entertainment. To design a multi - functional complex including hotel, office, banquet, leis­ ure and entertainment，it is often necessary to analyze various influencing factors and form an internal guidance system，namely design strate­ gy. This paper discusses this design strategy by analyzing the whole process design of 2#B complex building of Yuzhou City Squarefrom ar­ chitectural scheme to construction drawing. The design began with analyzing the real needs of customers, by analyzing the current condi- tions，transformed the needs of customers into the functional space in the building，combed and organized the streamline of different people， and increased the sense of experience of the building while improving the use efficiency.
