农村初中教师专业发展研究——以中山市黄圃镇为例的中期报告 摘要： 本研究以中山市黄圃镇农村初中教师为研究对象，旨在探究他们的职业专业发展现状、存在的问题及其原因，并提出相应的对策建议，以促进他们的专业成长和教育教学质量的提升。本次研究采用了问卷调查法、访谈法和文献资料法等综合方法，对该地区的教师进行了深入的调查和研究。 研究结果表明，黄圃镇农村初中教师的专业发展水平相对较低，存在诸多问题，主要包括：专业素养不足、教学方法单一、缺乏教育教学资源、缺乏职业发展机会等。造成这些问题的原因包括：经济条件限制、学校管理机制不完善、教学科研氛围不浓厚等。为了解决这些问题，本研究提出了相应的对策建议，包括改善经济待遇、加强学校管理、建立教学研究机构、丰富职业发展渠道等。 关键词：农村初中教师；专业发展；问题；对策建议 Abstract: This study takes the rural junior high school teachers in Huangpu Town, Zhongshan City as the research object, aiming to explore their current professional development status, existing problems and their causes, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote their professional growth and improve the quality of education and teaching. This study adopts comprehensive methods such as questionnaire survey, interview method, and literature review method to conduct in-depth investigation and research on teachers in this area. The research results show that the professional development level of rural junior high school teachers in Huangpu Town is relatively low, and there are many problems, mainly including insufficient professional literacy, single teaching methods, lack of education and teaching resources, and lack of career development opportunities. The reasons for these problems include limitations in economic conditions, incomplete school management mechanisms, and weak teaching and research atmosphere. In order to solve these problems, this study proposes corresponding countermeasures, including improving economic benefits, strengthening school management, establishing teaching and research institutions, and enriching career development channels.
