中国经导管主动脉瓣置换术临床路径专家共识（2021 版） 中国医师协会心血管内科医师分会结构性心脏病专业委员会 摘要 经导管主动脉瓣置换术（transcatheter aortic valve replacement，TAVR）在我国通过十余年的发展，目前已进入崭 新而关键的阶段。我国首部 TAVR 临床路径《中国经导管主动脉瓣置换术临床路径专家共识 》问世 3 年来，对我国 TAVR 的开展发挥了重要指导作用。随着 TAVR 领域在循证证据、应用经验、指南更新、器械研发、术式改良等方 面陆续取得重要进展，为进一步紧贴最新循证医学证据及临床经验，特更新旧版临床路径专家共识。新版临床路径 专家共识对 TAVR 患者术前临床评估、围术期影像学评估、规范化手术流程、围术期综合管理及术后康复随访等方 面的标准流程进行了阐述，以助力我国 TAVR 技术健康、规范开展，开拓中国 TAVR 特色创新之路，保障我国广大 瓣膜性心脏病患者生命健康。 关键词 经导管主动脉瓣置换术；临床评估；影像学评估；规范化手术流程；围术期管理 2021 Expert Consensus on Clinical Pathway for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement in China Structural Cardiology Committee of Cardiovascular Physicians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association. With the development of TAVR, important progress has been made in clinical evidence, experience, update of guidelines, device development, and improvement of procedures. In order to effectively improve the capacity of TAVR in China and promote the standardized, safe and healthy development of TAVR, the expert consensus of clinical pathway is hereby updated. The new consensus of clinical pathway elaborately describe the following aspects: (1) Preoperative clinical evaluation of TAVR patients; (2) Imaging assessment of TAVR during the peri-TAVR period; (3) Standardized procedures for TAVR; (4) The standard process of perioperative comprehensive management and postoperative rehabilitation and follow-up.
