建筑固体废弃物循环再生利用的管理体系研究的中期报告 中期报告 摘要 建筑固体废弃物的循环再生利用是实现可持续发展的关键环节之一。本研究旨在构建一个完整的建筑固体废弃物循环再生利用的管理体系。本中期报告主要包括构建管理体系的理论基础和研究方法，以及实际调研和案例分析的结果。 本研究选取了某城市作为研究区域，通过文献研究、问卷调查、实地走访等方式收集并整理了建筑固体废弃物的相关数据和信息，建立了废弃物产生源管理、集中收集和输送、分拣处理和利用、再生利用和监管等四个管理环节的指标体系，并进一步确定了各个环节的关键指标和评价指标。 接下来，本研究将根据指标体系和调研结果，从产生源管理、集中收集和输送、分拣处理和利用、再生利用和监管等四个环节进行建筑固体废弃物循环再生利用管理体系的设计和实现。 关键词：建筑固体废弃物，循环再生利用，管理体系，指标体系，实际调研，案例分析 Abstract The recycling and reuse of construction solid waste is one of the key links to achieve sustainable development. The purpose of this research is to establish a complete management system for the recycling and reuse of construction solid waste. This midterm report mainly includes the theoretical basis and research methods for building the management system, as well as the results of practical investigations and case analyses. This research selected a certain city as the study area and collected and organized relevant data and information on construction solid waste through literature research, questionnaire surveys, and field visits. A four-step indicator system for waste source management, centralized collection and transportation, sorting and processing, and recycling and supervision was established, and key indicators and evaluation indicators for each step were further determined. Next, based on the indicator system and research results, this study will design and implement a management system for the recycling and reuse of construction solid waste from four aspects: waste source management, centralized collection and transportation, sorting and processing, and recycling and supervision.
