基本公共服务结构均等化视角下的农村贫困治理问题研究——以重庆市为例的中期报告 摘要： 在基本公共服务结构均等化视角下，探索农村贫困治理问题是实现全面小康社会的重要课题。本研究以重庆市为例，采用定性、定量相结合的方法，通过问卷调查、深度访谈等方式，调查农村贫困治理面临的主要问题，同时分析基本公共服务结构变量对农村贫困治理的影响。研究结果显示，重庆市农村贫困治理面临的主要问题包括基础设施不足、医疗卫生服务不平等、教育服务不均等。同时，基本公共服务结构中的健康、教育服务受到农村地区更为严重的滞后问题的影响，这也是导致农村贫困的根本原因之一。基于研究结果，提出了加强基本公共服务结构建设、推动农村发展、提升农民素质等方面的对策建议。 关键词：基本公共服务结构；均衡；贫困治理；重庆市 Abstract: Exploring rural poverty governance from the perspective of equalization of basic public service structures is an important issue for achieving a comprehensive well-off society. Taking Chongqing as an example, this study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to investigate the main problems facing rural poverty governance through questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and analysis of the impact of basic public service structure variables on rural poverty governance. The results show that the main problems facing rural poverty governance in Chongqing include inadequate infrastructure, unequal healthcare services, and uneven educational services. At the same time, the health and education services in the basic public service structure are more severely lagging behind in rural areas, which is also one of the fundamental reasons for rural poverty. Based on the research results, recommendations are made for strengthening the construction of basic public service structures, promoting rural development, and improving the quality of farmers.
