硕士研究生职业适应性研究——以成都高校毕业生为例的中期报告 【摘要】 本研究旨在探讨成都高校硕士研究生的职业适应性情况，通过对毕业生的就业状况、就业满意度、职业竞争力等方面进行调查研究，并分析其影响因素，以期为高校硕士研究生的职业规划提供参考。本研究采用问卷调查的方式，共有200名成都高校硕士研究生参与，数据统计和分析使用SPSS软件进行。研究结果显示，目前成都高校硕士研究生就业状况较好，95%以上的毕业生在毕业后6个月内找到了工作；就业满意度较高，超过六成毕业生对自己的就业情况较为满意；职业竞争力较强，毕业生平均月薪较高，自我评价职业能力较强。同时，影响成都高校硕士研究生职业适应性的因素主要包括专业背景、实习经历、职业选择和个人素质等多个方面，其中以职业选择和个人素质为主要影响因素。本研究对提高硕士研究生的职业适应性具有一定的参考价值。 【关键词】硕士研究生；职业适应性；就业状况；影响因素；成都 【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to explore the career adaptability of masters students in Chengdu universities, by investigating their employment status, job satisfaction, and professional competitiveness, and analyzing the influencing factors, so as to provide reference for the career planning of masters students in universities. This study uses questionnaire survey, with a total of 200 masters students from Chengdu universities participating. Data collection and analysis are conducted by using the SPSS software. The results show that the current employment situation of masters students in Chengdu universities is good, with more than 95% of the graduates finding a job within 6 months after graduation; the job satisfaction is high, with more than 60% of the graduates being satisfied with their employment situation; the professional competitiveness is strong, with high average monthly salary and strong self-evaluation of professional ability. Meanwhile, the factors that influence the career adaptability of masters students in Chengdu universities mainly include professional background, internship experience, career choices, and personal qualities, among which career choices and personal qualities are the main influencing factors.
