论坛 医院在推动科技成果转化工作中的作用与探索 Role and Exploration of Hospital in Promoting Scientific and Technology Achievement Transformation □ GAO Fei-fei □ 高菲菲  摘要  Abstract 目的 从医院科研管理人员的视角，分析探讨医院如何推进科技成果转化工作。方法 基于现有研究，归纳科技成果转 化的要素和转化模式，进而结合政策和医院成果转化实践，讨论医院这一要素在成果转化过程中如何发挥作用。结果 本研 究将科技成果转化要素归纳为政府、研究机构、研究者、企业和科技服务机构，并根据各要素的互动及作用方式，将科技 成果转化模式概括为内生发展模式、外部驱动模式和内外联动模式。结论 内外联动模式立足于各要素职能定位，是一种相 对较优的选择，医院作为其中的关键要素，应充分发挥其作用，与其他主体要素协同，推进成果转化工作发展。 Objective To discuss how to promote scientific and technological achievement transformation in hospitals from the perspective of a scientific research administrator. Method Based on previous studies, this paper summarized the elements and basic models of scientific and technological achievement transformation, and then discussed the role of hospitals as a key element in the transformation based on policies and practical experiences. Results Government, research institutions, researchers, enterprises and scientific and technological service organizations were considered as main elements in the transformation. According to the way of element interaction, the transformation models were summarized as endogenous development model, external driving model, and internal and external joint action model. Conclusion The internal and external joint action model based on the functional orientation of each element is a relatively good choice.
